Returns & Exchanges

At Isetan, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase through our seamless return and exchange process. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Isetan account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the original invoice is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or Isetan customer service desk.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
